1. Your requirements
Choose your style, item colour, print colour, and quantity.
2. Samples and Design
Send clear instructions about how you want your design to appear. You can send us a clear sketch, good copy of existing design or preferably an electronic format.
You can send us an existing bag to copy, we will provide you with a FREEPOST address.
We will produce a pre-production proof for your approval.
3. Approval and Delivery
After you have approved the design, we confirm your order and put in to production. You then await delivery of your bags.
We send our invoice when your order is despatched.

Leonard Hudson Accessories provide smart solutions to protect and transport school work, kit, lunch etc from home to classroom. They are well designed to be tough enough for the journey and yet comfortable and practical for the purpose. All sorts of shapes and sizes with many different features, carrying straps, bottle holders, reflective strips, message pouches etc. We can even make them to your own specification or colour combination if required.
FREE SAMPLES – TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
There is a very wide choice and we recognise that our customers want to be completely happy about their investment. Our sampling process is very simple – just ask for one and we’ll send it out with the appropriate paperwork making the follow up simple and straightforward.
YOUR PRINTED OR EMBROIDERED DESIGN
We can create a logo from scratch or copy an existing design. Copying a logo is very easy for our expert designers, we will always send you a proof before production to make sure we have interpreted your instructions correctly. We can turn a multi coloured design into a single colour print to represent the school logo. Embroidery on school bags is by quotation.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 25 bags. Styles and colours can be mixed if the print or embroidery is the same for each style/colour. It is possible to supply a smaller print run, however surcharges may apply. Please enquire.
Printed or embroidered?
From a cost perspective it is often more expensive to embroider a bag. We can also apply multi coloured transfers to enhance the design. Most schools opt for a single colour print.
Do you send a sample?
We can send a plain sample for you to see the quality, colour and features of any type of bag. We will send you a copy of the artwork for your approval prior to printing or embroidery.
How long does it take?
Normally it takes between 5 – 10 days after approval of the design. These times can extend in the summer when it gets really busy!
